RETURN POLICY — MOONSUIT

We accept return requests within 24 hoursof receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at mounia@moonsuitactive.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at mounia@moonsuitactive.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return it following the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at mounia@moonsuitactive.com.
